**Job Overview** Crate Pros is seeking a motivated, disciplined, and problem\-solving team member to lead our Chattanooga\-area operation at 25 Hannah Way; Rossville, GA 37041\. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to build and grow a new team and to be rewarded for his/her efforts and success. The role will be very hands\-on, so it will require someone who is not only comfortable working with their hands, but also meeting with customers and overseeing daily facility operations. **The primary focus of this role will be:** * Overseeing and/or performing pick\-ups, deliveries, cutting wood, constructing crates, purchasing raw materials, and providing any other needed elbow grease to make our Chattanooga location successful! * Supporting existing customers through project coordination, shipping updates, and quoting new work.
