**General Manager, U.S. Mirror \& Glass (Boise, Idaho)** U.S. Mirror \& Glass is hiring a General Manager to run the company day to day and grow it into the leading glass, mirror, and shower door company in the region. The whole team reports to you, you own the P\&L, and you earn a share of the company's profit growth. Every function reports to you: the shop and fabrication team, the field installation crews, the office and sales operations team, estimating, and the commercial service department.
