SUMMARY The Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Vice President of Finance and partner with the Development team throughout the acquisition and development process. The position will work across HTG departments to advance new projects through all stages of development, with particular emphasis on financial modeling, underwriting, and the structuring of equity and debt with large financial institutions. Our Financial Analyst position is a salaried position that requires investment of time and effort beyond a traditional work week. We are seeking a candidate who pairs strong analytical skills with a positive attitude toward change, adapts well in a fast\-paced environment, and takes ownership of identifying needs and proposing solutions to complete projects on time.
