Reports to: Vice President of Retail Remote\- Northeast **Summary** =========== The Regional Director is responsible for the sales growth, profitability, talent development, and customer experience of an assigned region of retail stores. This leader develops high\-performing Store Managers and, where assigned, Zone Managers, and holds them accountable for delivering sustainable results and consistent execution of company strategy. The Regional Director translates company priorities into regional business plans, identifies opportunities across stores and markets, and partners across the business to address barriers to performance. Success is measured by profitable growth, leadership capability, customer growth, and consistent store execution.
