Job Summary The WAREHOUSE MANAGER reports to the ROM and exists to ensure the operations out of that location run smoothly and efficiently, that deliveries are on time and accurate. Job Duties and Responsibilities 1\. Live and uphold our Mission, Vision, and Values. 2\. Take ownership and have pride in your warehouse (the buck stops with you). 3\. Ensure the right tires are delivered in a fast, friendly manner on time, every time. 4\. Supervise/manage the location; provide work, train and develop others. 5\. Responsible for the maintenance, repairs and upkeep of all company vehicles and property including the building and grounds. 6\. Responsible for employee recruiting, staffing, scheduling, time cards, evaluations, safety, etc. 7\. Responsible for managing and resolving conflict in the work environment by using the company values as a guide. 8\. Be the main communicator, you must get out of your office and communicate with employees. 9\. Responsible for warehouse operations. a. Unload and verify incoming product. b.
