What You’ll Do: • Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system • Support lead follow\-up through call\-outs, call\-ins, and presentations • Assist in setting and tracking sales goals • Prepare move\-in paperwork and administrative files • Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership • Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move\-in packets • Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist • Welcome and orient residents and families on Move\-In day • Support on\-site sales and marketing events • Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families You play a key role in guiding families through the decision process and creating a positive first impression of the community.
