Overview: The Parts Supervisor directs daily front counter operations and supports accurate, timely parts service for retail guests, Service, and other dealership teams. The role coaches counter team members, resolves order and guest issues, monitors workflow and inventory controls, and performs counter duties when business needs require. The supervisor works under the direction of the Parts Manager or Parts Director. The base salary range for this position is $68,000 \- $75,000 annually. In addition, the position is eligible to earn production/performance bonuses and commissions based on individual and/or team performance and as determined by established pay plan.
