The Novelis Supply Chain team is seeking a Supply Chain Leader, Near Term Planning to lead weekly production and capacity planning, inventory planning, and near\-term supply\-demand balancing across the manufacturing network. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Integrated Planning and lead a team of approximately two employees. The ideal candidate will translate facility, demand, and sales and operations planning inputs into a balanced and feasible one\-to\-eight\-week production plan; resolve constraints through material\-flow changes, inventory deployment, operational countermeasures, and demand alignment; and provide clear performance insights to stakeholders.
