Overview: Kimley\-Horn's Indianapolis, Indiana (IN) office is seeking a Structural Engineer with 8\+ years of experience to join their Bridge Structures team! This is not a remote position. Responsibilities: * Serve as project manager or technical lead for structural engineering projects * Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client expectations across projects * Develop scopes, fees, schedules, proposals, and pursuit materials while supporting client relationships * Mentor staff, delegate effectively, and support development of junior engineers and emerging leaders * Coordinate across teams, offices, and disciplines to deliver consistent, high\-quality project outcomes * Participate in office growth, practice development, and firm initiatives Qualifications: * 8\+ years of relevant engineering design experience * Professional Engineering (P.E.)
