**Position Summary** Reporting to the Senior Director of US CORE, the Area Director (AD) is responsible for driving revenue growth, Membership growth, retention, and overall business performance within their assigned market. The AD serves as the business leader of the area, developing and executing strategic growth plans that increase Chapter performance, strengthen Member engagement, and expand BNI's market presence. The Area Director leads a team of Director Consultants and Ambassadors while creating a culture of accountability, performance, and excellence.
