**Organization Overview** The American Dairy Goat Association (ADGA) is a United States not\-for\-profit corporation dedicated to dairy goats. Its purpose is to promote the dairy goat industry, through provision of pedigrees and related services including genetic improvement programs, management services, publication of milk production records and promotional activities. The office is based in Spindale, North Carolina. Position Summary As Director of Finance, you will oversee the accounting operations of the American Dairy Goat Association. This position will report to the Association Manager and is responsible for reconciling general ledger accounts, reviewing financial statements, preparing budgets, and assessing budget to actuals while maintaining the integrity of the Association's financial reporting and GAAP compliance, coordinating the auditor and registered agent.
