CORT Furniture Rental is seeking a full\-time Operations Manager in Overland Park, Kansas. This position is responsible for overseeing warehouse, transportation, and outlet retail operations within the district. The Operations Manager leads warehouse and delivery teams, ensures compliance with safety and transportation regulations, manages inventory and fleet assets, drives operational efficiency, and supports achievement of district financial goals. This role also provides leadership and operational oversight for the Outlet Center, including supporting retail sales activities, merchandising, customer service, and outlet performance.**This is an onsite position performed from the CORT distribution center and Outlet Center.****Salary:** $70,000\-$80,000 / year depending on experience.**Schedule:** Monday\-Friday, with start and end times ranging from 8AM\-6PM.
