Organization Description **Project Manager Job Description** Preserving Home, Inc. (PH) is based in Cary, North Carolina and serves as a regional leader in affordable housing preservation. PH builds strategic partnerships with public, private, and philanthropic institutions focused on preserving safe, healthy, efficient homes for our neighbors across central North Carolina and beyond. A 501(c)(3\) nonprofit organization, PH works with individuals and communities to understand the challenges they are facing, then works diligently to convene and construct the resource system needed to address them. Summary of Position The purpose of this position is to work directly with homeowners, subcontractors, and community partners to complete critical home repairs in the community. As a member of the organization’s Contracting team, the Project Manager will join a professional, talented, and compassionate team working to preserve safe, healthy homes for low\-income Triangle Area homeowners.
