**Position Overview** You’ll own day\-to\-day field coordination, quality control, and client communication across multiple residential remodeling projects, reporting directly to the owner. Your job is to turn agreed scopes into well\-coordinated, properly completed work, with reliable information at every stage. This is a hands\-on field position requiring job\-site visits 3–5 days per week, scheduled around critical work stages and trade handoffs, alongside accurate documentation and consistent follow\-up. **Your Ownership and Authority** You’ll lead field execution: coordinating trades, verifying work, communicating with clients, and closing corrective actions. You will have authority to hold incomplete or defective work from being covered or handed off. The owner retains approval of selling prices, scope changes, subcontract awards, and additional spending. When an issue needs the owner’s decision, you’ll bring the facts, your recommendation, and the likely cost and schedule impact.
