We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced **Business Development Manager.** The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new construction opportunities, with a primary focus on the medical, behavioral health, and senior care sectors. This role emphasizes building relationships with owners, developers, architects, and operators, while driving project pursuits from early concept through contract award.
