Description: **Role and Responsibilities** * Load and unload products from the trucks * Review products for damage before shipments * Sort and place materials and items according to organizational standards * Lead, develop, train and maintain highly competent dock working professionals. * Maximize effectiveness of each of member of the team and recommend short\-term and long\-term plans with respect to improving the effectiveness of assigned functions and responsibilities. * Assure timely and accurate inbound and outbound deliveries. * Assure the preparation and sign\-off of all inbound and outbound paperwork is accurate. * Participate in quarterly inventory counts with selected team members. * Prep and sign\-off on all inbound and outbound bill of ladings * Label products and store them in an organized manner * Communicate efficiently with supervisors and teammates * Ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area by maintaining company sanitation and food safety standards. * Operate a forklift or hydraulic jack lift to move boxes. * Work to solve inventory variances and trace\-and\-track issues. * Follow all rules / guidelines / GMP’s.
