**Service Account Specialist \- Billing \- Tucker, GA, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern** As a Billing Service Specialist, this position will be based in the Georgia area and be responsible for representing Quest Diagnostics to our clients in a professional manner. This role will streamline, improve, and enhance the billing experience for physicians, office staff and patients through education while reducing missing information inflows, revenue loss, denial inflow, and bad debt for Quest Diagnostics. The role requires 40–50% travel, with the remaining work time to be completed as a remote telecommuter. The candidate will manage the North Atlanta Metro area, with the primary client base concentrated in cities like Marietta, Lawrenceville, Cumming, Suwanee, and Stockbridge. However, role will also support clients outside of these listed cities within Georgia. Some overnight travel may be required. **Pay range: $60,500\+ per year** Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
