This position will be responsible for efficient execution of core FMP initiatives at all assigned locations. This includes sales, profitability, operations and safety. **DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES:** The Area Operations Manager will be responsible for the growth and success of the company with focus on the following requirements and assignments as deemed appropriate by Company Senior Management: * Effectively train General Managers and location staff on company procedures and expectations enabling each location to maximize sales and profit. * Review with each Location Manager their P \& L and ensure compliance with expenditure requirements that achieve company financial goals. Review any items that are not within budget or are significantly higher than the previous year. * Handles employee relation issues as required. * Effectively coach and mentor the General Managers. * Responsible for working with corporate to ensure that set up, training, and implementation of all operations projects are completed as scheduled. * Responsible to review all accidents and incidents involving employees and ensure corrective action is taken. * Audit all courier and temporary employment invoices that...
