Position Summary: The Content \& Brand Manager is Index Industries’ hands\-on creative owner, responsible for turning the company’s products, people, capabilities, partnerships, and daily operations into consistent, professional content. This position will plan and manage social content, create photography and video, design routine marketing assets, maintain brand consistency, organize the company’s creative library, and coordinate outside specialists when a project requires capabilities beyond the internal role. This is not primarily a supervisory or agency\-management position. The successful candidate will personally create the work, spend meaningful time in Index’s warehouse and operating environments, and proactively identify stories and content opportunities without waiting for executives to initiate every post.
