Guild Garage Group is currently in a search for a Senior Accountant. This position will play an active role in the month end close and financial reporting process for designated business units. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with a strong desire to learn and implement process improvements. The ability to prioritize, efficiently plan work activities, and be detail and results oriented is critical to the position. Location: 100% Remote \- Preference for candidates in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones Pay: $80,000\-90,000 annually \+ Bonus **Responsibilities** * Ensure completion of monthly accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, prepaid expenses and gross margin analysis. * Prepare, analyze, and review general ledger account reconciliations as part of the month\-end close process. * Provide in\- depth analysis to assist in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements. * Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as well as state and local compliance require...
