**Open Position: Operations Manager** Wilderness Youth Project grows the way strong community organizations do: organically, relationally, held together by people who care deeply about the work. Now we're investing in the durable infrastructure that growth deserves, and this role is at the center of it. **We're hiring an Operations Manager to own the day\-to\-day functioning of our organization: a beautiful Santa Barbara office that welcomes staff, families, and visitors.** This role is the operational backbone that lets our program teams do their best work with kids in nature. This is a hands\-on, in\-the\-office role, not a delegate\-and\-oversee position.
