**About the Role** We are hiring a junior Inventory \& Logistics Coordinator in Fremont, CA to maintain accurate inventory, organize stock, coordinate inbound and outbound product movement, and support international and RMA shipments. We design, build, and assemble our devices in\-house. This position serves as the operational link between physical inventory, logistics, and the Purchasing department. The primary focus is inventory control, stock management, and logistics execution. Purchasing is a collaborative support function: this role will communicate stock levels, reorder needs, shipment status, receiving discrepancies, and demand information so Purchasing can make timely buying decisions and prevent stockouts or excess inventory. **Primary Responsibilities** *Inventory Control \& Stock Management* * Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory and ERP platform, ensuring system quantities align with physical stock. * Count, verify, and document incoming materials, finished products, outgoing shipments, returns, and replacement units. * Perform routine cycle counts and periodic physical inventory checks; investigate and resolve discrepancies, missing items, and transact...
