**Role Description** The Director of Content is the senior content leader for Proxa and its portfolio of agencies. This role oversees the entire content department and is responsible for shaping and executing content strategies that grow our clients' online visibility and drive measurable business results. The Director of Content is responsible for building a single, high\-performing content team that operates the same way across every one of our brands and clients. This includes unifying two content teams into one, establishing the department's career path, setting the standard for quality and efficiency, and partnering closely with the Director of SEO so that content and SEO work as one engine for client results. This is a hands\-on leadership role. The Director of Content will continue producing content for a reduced portfolio of clients while leading the team, serving as a key liaison between the content team, internal stakeholders, and clients, and driving innovation in how we produce content.
