**Job description** **Position Summary:** The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing multi\-unit store operations including hiring and supervision of staff, product and service quality, and financial health of the store. The Area Manager is accountable for assisting in achieving store profitability, sales growth, Guest satisfaction and employee engagement measures.
