**General Description** The Community Manager is involved in all aspects of day\-to\-day operations of the property(ies) and ensures that the operations in assigned areas are in compliance with the standards and expectations of Operational Excellence, other stated guidelines of Visionary Property Management (VPM), and Visionary Home Builders of California, Inc. (VHB). The position requires on\-site living, some evening hours, and the use of independent judgment and decision\-making skills. It is expected that a significant portion of the time required to carry out these duties will be spent at the property, but on certain occasions some hours may be worked off site. The Community Manager will complete all reasonable work\-related directives given by the Regional Director of Property Management and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all property management site\-level activities with site\-level staff and other VHB related departments to ensure that the essential functions are met on a regular and consistent basis. **Essential Functions** * Ensures rent collection procedures are followed and benchmarks are achieved. * Ensures that occupancy levels are at budgeted or highe...
