**Pay Range: $75,555 \- 86,888\.25 /yr.** **$3,000 Sign\-on bonus!** **Office Location: 1607 W \- Howard St, Chicago, IL 60626** The Program Manager will oversee the general welfare of the clients and employees of their assigned outreach treatment teams. They will provide direct clinical supervision, ensure the team meetings run effectively, monitor the quality and efficiency of all program/team services provided to clients, and develop and implement tracking systems for required documentation. They will be responsible for the development, operation, administration, and evaluation of the program/teams. The Program Manager will also serve as site lead to promote a positive culture in the office while maintaining safety procedures and community relationships.
