This position must have a working knowledge of Chapter 287 and 110, Florida Statute, and Rules 60A, Florida Administrative Code. **Specific responsibilities of the Government Operations Consultant III include, but are not limited to, the following:** * Responsible for issuing Invitations to Bid, Requests for Proposals, Invitations to Negotiate, and other solicitations, as appropriate. * Provides information and support to Department staff in the solicitation process. * Facilitate pre\-bid conferences, ITN negotiations, RFP presentations, and evaluates vendor submissions of bids/proposals for responsiveness and responsibility.
