**About the Opportunity** ========================= The Director of Supply Forecasting leads the supply forecasting function for DOTA (Driscoll’s of the Americas), providing the insights, processes, and capabilities necessary to align supply, demand, and operational execution across the United States, Canada, Mexico, \& Peru. This role is responsible for developing and continuously improving supply forecasts across strategic, tactical, and short\-range planning horizons, enabling reliable decision\-making and service excellence. The Director partners closely with Product Leadership, Sales, Demand Planning, Production, Master Planning, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to anticipate supply risks, evaluate opportunities, and guide actions that optimize supply availability, freshness, customer service, and business unit performance.
