**Harmoniq Residential**, proudly part of the **Inland Family of Companies**, is seeking an experienced **Multifamily Operations Manager** to provide leadership and oversight for our growing multifamily portfolio throughout the Greater Madison area. This role is responsible for driving portfolio performance, supporting operational excellence, developing future leaders, and ensuring exceptional service for residents, clients, and team members. The Multifamily Operations Manager will oversee Portfolio Managers and Property Managers across the portfolio, providing strategic guidance, operational support, and accountability for financial performance.
