Review approvals and track payment status. * Support the Finance Director and Senior Accountant in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for state leadership and federal reporting to CMS. * Assist with monthly and quarterly reconciliations across partner state and external agencies. * Prepare draft adjusting entries for review by the Senior Accountant. * Maintain organized files and documentation to support audits and federal compliance. * Gather data and prepare schedules for state and federal r...
