### **Plant Manger \- Fort Wayne, IN** The Plant Manager is responsible for leading all day\-to\-day operations at our Fort Wayne facility, including chemical handling and packaging, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, production planning, maintenance, inventory control, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role drives operational excellence, continuous improvement, employee development, and site performance while ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, coach, and develop salaried and hourly employees through performance management, training, goal setting, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. * Oversee all day\-to\-day plant operations, including production, chemical handling and packaging, shipping and receiving, warehousing, maintenance, scheduling, and inventory management. * Ensure compliance with all environmental, health \& safety (EH\&S), quality, regulatory, and company standards, including OSHA, EPA, DOT, DHS, and other applicable requirements. * Partner with internal teams and regulatory agencies to support audits, inspections, certifications, reporting, emergenc...
