**Physical Therapist (PT) Job Description** **I. Purpose and Overall Duties** The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates, plans, and implements individualized physical therapy programs for patients in a long\-term care or related setting. The role focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence while reducing pain and preventing further injury. **II. Essential Job Functions** **A.
