We offer the chance to make a difference in a fun, flexible environment, where our mission and values drive every decision we make.** **POSITION SUMMARY** The Multimedia Content Specialist captures and produces engaging short\-form video content that showcases the people, programs, and impact of our Y across all our locations. **DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES** Content Capture * Travel to locations to film video and take supporting photos * Capture authentic moments of members, participants, staff and programs in action * Coordinate with branch staff to schedule shoots and learn about upcoming events or stories worth featuring * Attend community events and sports matches to capture real\-time content Content Production * Edit footage into short\-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories) using mobile and/or desktop editing tools * Add captions, music, graphics, and effects consistent with b...
