**Responsibilities** * Prepare, analyze, and review complex journal entries, ensuring accuracy in double entry bookkeeping and general ledger accounting. * Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, accounts payable automation, and vendor reconciliations using financial software such as SAGE 300 * Reconcile accounts receivable and perform detailed account reconciliations to maintain data integrity * Assist Controller with other accounting operations **Qualifications** * Degree in accounting or related field with minimum 5 years of experience * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and accounting software * Strong analysis skills combined with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and data entry tasks. * Solid understanding of accounting concepts such as debits \& credits, journal entries, general ledger management, and account reconciliation processes. * Strong team player skills with close attention to detail Pay: $80,000\.00 \- $110,000\.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
