Description

The Finance \& Grants Manager is responsible for the day\-to\-day financial management, accounting, and grants administration of Bristol Bay Foundation. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Manager serves as BBF’s primary accounting professional and helps ensure the Foundation maintains accurate financial records, effective financial processes, and strong compliance with nonprofit, private foundation, federal grant, and other funding requirements. The Manager works closely with the Director of Finance, program and development staff, and other external partners. The position combines hands\-on financial management in close partnership with program staff to manage budgets, grants, scholarships, and other program resources effectively. The Manager also serves as a central resource for grants administration and compliance, maintaining BBF’s grant records and tracking systems and helping staff understand and meet financial, administrative, and funder requirements throughout the grant lifecycle.
