**Overview** OODA Parking Solutions is fast growing parking management company operating in multiple states, with our headquarters based in Portland, Maine. We're seeking a hands\-on Controller to lead our accounting functions and support key HR responsibilities. You'll manage day\-to\-day accounting and help build a more efficient, scalable accounting department as the company grows. **Responsibilities** **Accounting \& Finance** * Own and Manage month\-end and year\-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. * Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports. * Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. * Manage company insurance policies and renewals, and maintain certificates of insurance for clients and vendors. * Ensure compliance with tax filings and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with our outside CPA on tax preparation and year\-end review. * Partner with leadership on annual budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis. * Improve accounting processes, strengthening internal controls, and finding efficiencies through better systems and tools, with the opportunity to ...
