Gemma is an intimate, 50\-seat upscale neighborhood bistro in Dallas known for warm hospitality, thoughtful food and wine, and consistently high standards. Gemma has been awarded Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition for the past two years and was a James Beard Award finalist for Outstanding Hospitality. We are seeking an experienced, hands\-on General Manager / Sommelier to lead our front\-of\-house team and oversee the day\-to\-day operations of the restaurant. Because Gemma is a small restaurant, this is a very hands\-on position. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, working alongside the team, interacting with guests, and setting the standard for service every night.
