### **Job Summary** The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the overall performance of a portfolio of ambulatory surgical centers, with accountability for P\&L results, operational service levels, quality, safety, and compliance. The role works closely with facility administrators, facility teams, Governing Boards, Physician Partners, and corporate resources to execute business plans, improve performance, and drive growth in alignment with USPI’s strategic objectives and policies. The Regional Director also serves as a key relationship leader for physicians, fostering engagement and strengthening partnerships to support performance and growth. **Strategic Leadership:** * Develop and execute operational, financial, and growth strategies to optimize the performance of the ambulatory surgery centers, aligning with the overall goals and objectives of USPI.
