**California Branch 2 Pest Control Operator / Working Manager** Los Angeles, CA \| Full\-time, on\-site Employer: AOG Lending LLC $100,000 annual base salary; legally required overtime paid separately We’re launching a Los Angeles pest\-control business and looking for a licensed California Branch 2 Operator to help build it from the ground up. You will initially be the company’s sole field operator, personally running routes and performing pest\-control services while helping establish the business. As we hire technicians and the customer base grows, the role is expected to shift toward training, supervision and day\-to\-day operations, with fieldwork continuing as needed. The pace of that transition will depend on business growth and staffing. The founder expects to seed the business with approximately 30–40 property accounts; final account commitments and service schedules are being confirmed.
