Job Summary Macoletta is seeking an organized and detail\-oriented Pizza Purchasing Specialist to support the procurement of ingredients, supplies, and materials required for daily pizza kitchen operations. The successful candidate will coordinate with suppliers, monitor inventory levels, compare product pricing, track purchase orders, and help ensure that the kitchen has consistent access to high\-quality ingredients. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, recordkeeping, and inventory management skills, along with an understanding of pizza ingredients and food service purchasing.
