**On\-Site Property Manager – Henderson, NV** **Job Overview** We are seeking a responsive, organized On\-Site Property Manager to oversee 54 residential units across two buildings in the Henderson area. This is a hands\-on role focused on resident communication, maintenance follow\-up, unit turns, and apartment showings. You will work closely with our contractor and upper management to keep daily operations running smoothly. **Responsibilities** * Respond promptly to tenant questions, complaints, and maintenance concerns. * Review and monitor work orders in AppFolio, follow up with vendors, and confirm completion before closing them out. * Work closely with our contractor to coordinate unit turns and keep vacant apartments moving toward rent\-ready condition. * Keep upper management informed of property issues, maintenance progress, unit turns, and leasing activity. * Respond to prospective renters, schedule appointments, and conduct apartment tours. * Walk both buildings regularly to identify maintenance needs, cleanliness concerns, and other issues requiring attention. * Maintain accurate notes, records, and updates in AppFolio. **Requirements** * Must speak both English and Spa...
