**JOIN OUR TEAM AS A TECHNICAL SPECIALIST III \- PDD** Advanced engineering work in the review of plans, designs, permitting, and specifications of roadway, subdivision, and commercial projects, for compliance with the Pasco County Land Development Code. **Essential Job Functions** --------------------------- Provides technical review of engineering design consultant's design, plans, and specifications for land development projects for compliance with the Pasco County Land Development Code and Ordinances and prepares review comments. Provides recommendations and assistance to both staff and the public in implementing development regulations and policies. Plans, organizes, and carries out the technical review, field, and administrative activities related to land development projects. Conducts field investigations on matters relating to land development regulations and permitting. Assists the public and staff both orally and in writing on matters relating to land development regulations and permitting.
