### **About the Role** Our AI agents generate, learn, and adapt — but they’re only as smart as the insights we give them. As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll unlock deep understanding across user behavior, agent decisions, and system performance to drive both strategy and product. You’ll be the brain behind our brain. ### **You’ll be responsible for:** * Leading experimentation to optimize agent interaction and learning * Designing causal inference frameworks and user journey analytics * Partnering with ML teams to improve model performance with real data feedback * Building dashboards and tooling to empower our internal teams with insights ### **We’d love to see:** * 4\+ years in data science, ideally with a product or agent\-focused company * Experience with experimentation, causal inference, and modeling * Strong SQL chops and comfort with Python, Airflow, and dbt * Clear communication style with a bias toward business impact
