Bessemer Trust is seeking a Digital Solutions Owner to join our Solution Engineering team and help bring the firm's digital initiatives to life. Partnering closely with the business\-side solutions owner who sets the roadmap, this individual will contribute deep subject\-matter expertise, design and user\-experience judgment, and hands\-on execution to translate strategy into working digital experiences for our clients and internal stakeholders. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** * Own execution of digital initiatives from concept through delivery, working closely with design and engineering partners * Partner with the solutions owner throughout the roadmap process, bringing technical and design expertise to inform prioritization and feasibility * Lead and coordinate the work of cross\-functional agile teams, including sprint and release planning, backlog management, and team ceremonies * Translate requirements from key stakeholders into clear, well\-defined requirements and user stories (e.g., Jira) for the engineering team to execute * Drive innovation and ideation, proposing new approaches to user experience and content design * Work with stakeholders across the firm to define key usage metrics...
