The Role The Regional Development Manager (RDM) will cultivate relationships with school districts and instructional leaders in order to support curriculum adoptions and professional learning implementation. This role will utilize marketing\-generated leads, and build a disciplined new business engine that consistently converts connections into qualified opportunities and closed business, furthering the impact of our HQIM. The Regional Development Manager reports to the Regional/National Director and is a new\-business sales role focused on proactive territory development, pipeline creation, and relationship\-driven outreach to drive awareness, referrals, and new customer adoption.
