**Controller** **Job Summary** We are looking for a Controller to join our team and lead our accounting function across multiple business lines. This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll partner across the organization, bring structure and clarity to complex operations, and help guide us through an exciting period of growth and systems transformation. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the agricultural business, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, accrual accounting, grower accounting, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
