The Role As an Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the production and sanitation teams at our facilities. This is a hands\-on leadership role where you’ll guide supervisors, collaborate with cross\-functional departments, and ensure our bakeries run safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards. Your leadership will directly shape product quality, team development, and operational excellence.
