**Community Manager – Job Summary** The Community Manager is responsible for the overall day\-to\-day operations, financial performance, leasing activity, resident satisfaction, and maintenance coordination of the apartment community. This position leads the onsite team and ensures the property operates efficiently while meeting company goals and standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage daily operations of the apartment community and ensure company policies and procedures are followed. * Lead, train, and hold onsite team members accountable for performance and results. * Monitor occupancy, leasing traffic, applications, move\-ins, renewals, collections, and delinquency. * Develop and execute strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and leasing goals. * Conduct daily follow\-up with prospects and ensure leads are properly entered and tracked. * Oversee resident relations, complaints, lease compliance, and customer service. * Monitor rent collections and follow up on delinquent accounts, payment plans, and notices. * Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure work orders and make\-ready units are completed timely and according to company standards. * Conduct property inspectio...
