Overview: The Financial Analyst supports sound financial management and decision\-making by collecting, reviewing, and analyzing financial data; monitoring budgets and expenditures; preparing forecasts, projections, and management reports; and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that affect financial performance. The role provides accurate, timely, and actionable analysis to support planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement across the Finance and Administration function. The Financial Analyst works closely with finance leadership and internal stakeholders to strengthen financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, support budget accountability, and translate financial information into practical guidance for operational and strategic decisions.
