Market Ready Creative is a Scottsdale\-based marketing agency creating organic content and ads for professionals, with a strong focus on real estate. We're hiring a detail\-oriented Social Media Coordinator to write captions and keep our clients' content publishing accurately and on time. The role This is a part\-time, fully remote role paying $25 per hour. Arizona\-based applicants are preferred. This is an entry\-level opportunity; students, recent graduates, and other applicants with strong writing and organization skills are welcome. A degree is not required. What you'll do * Write clear, engaging captions that match each client's voice and the platform. * Schedule and publish supplied content to TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. * Adapt captions, titles, tags, and publishing details for each platform. * Proofread copy and check that the correct assets, accounts, links, and posting times are used. * Keep the publishing calendar and content files organized, track approvals, and flag missing assets or posting issues. * Create simple branded carousels and graphics if you have Canva experience.
